Raymond grew up a tinkerer and inventor. He loved building things and seeing how things worked. As a young man he was a basement hacker before the Internet was barely a thing. He can’t help challenging his mind to unlock areas forbidden to him and it hasn't gone without punishment. He has been held for questioning, fired and even arrested after being suspected for hacking into various company, government and military systems but never was imprisoned for it because he always found a way out of trouble. His skills got him hired by Blume as a primary engineer to help design CTOS. Because of this, he had extensive knowledge of the system. Blume Corporation had installed an implant in Ray's head which alerted the CTOS whenever he was in the system. Kenney became paranoid and obsessed with conspiracy theories. Kenney grew to regret his role in creating CTOS, and realized both the extent of control it gave corporations and governments over people, as well the security risks it had if it were to be tampered with or malfunction or if the companies and government decided to use it for the wrong reasons. Kenney tried to go public as a whistleblower of Blume and was fire and escorted from the building while shouting warnings about Blume and CTO. He was then arrested and later released. Ray caused the Northeast Blackout of 2003 by hacking CTOS in order to show the dangers of an entire infrastructure relying on one system. The blackout caused the accidental deaths of eleven people, causing Kenney to feel extreme guilt and leading him to go 'off the grid. Ray later met Aiden Pearce, who convinced Kenney to upload a virus to punish Blume, help Pearce save his family and defeat his enemies. ______________________________________________________________ Ray traveled the U.S. and met members of DedSec, he helped them stick it to Blume by sabotaging several of their businesses and systems. He appears to be an easy going man, with a laid-back attitude. He is a good fighter and is extremely smart but doesn't show it much. During missions, T-Bone has warped humor and likes to prank team mates.
