I am not IMVU staff. I never have been. If you have an issue with your account (i.e., purchased credits/AP/VIP and the purchase has not come through yet or wish to cancel your VIP) I cannot help you. I am a regular user. I do not have access to user accounts (other than my own -- just like every other IMVU user).
Please file a help ticket so that IMVU can help resolve your issue.
