Love hay fever? Need more Allergies! Then you need the Flower Bloom. This killer to all sinuses will, on command, sprout a flower out of the floor of any "Unlocked" room you place it in. You can also place many copies, to increase your runny nose. Also, I suppose girls like the flowers too. You *could* make a romantic room full of these things to show her how much you care.
Unless she also has Allergies. Then you're just sharing the suffering. *HA-CHOOO*... I need a tissue....
Commands are:
"Bloom" to make the flowers Grow (Booo!)
"Wilt" to kill the flowers off (Yay!)
Like Blue Flowers? Maybe some Daisies? Well then, DERIVE Your Own! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below is the template you'll need to get started:
PLEASE NOTE: If you do derive this item, you WILL NOT be able to see it play it's actions in Previewer due to a bug in Previewer. To see your flower, change the name of the "Bloom" Action to "stance.Standing". This will make it play by default. When you are done editing, change the name back to "Bloom", or whatever name you choose. DO NOT save submit your Flower with "stance.Standing" as the name of the Blooming action, or you're plants will bloom by default, ruining the fun of making them bloom on command. This issue does not effect IMVU itself, and will have no effect on the Flower in-game.
This is the Texture for the Flower itself. As you can see, it's just a cut out picture of a flower from a photo. Everybody's got flower pictures, so you should have no problem finding one yourself:
It's worth noting that you don't have to use Flowers. You could make it bloom a heart, cash, skulls, a headshot of Rosy O'Donald! You can make anything appear you like. Resize your image to 256 by 256, or smaller. It dimension has to be a factor of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512). 512 pixels wide or across is the largest it can be.
This is the Opacity Layer for the Flower. Now this is VERY IMPORTANT! You need to make a Black and White silhouette of your flower, exactly the same size and shape. If you make your Opacity layer wrong, you're flower will be misshapen. Make sure this image also has the same dimensions as your Texture:
This is the Wireframe for the Flower. This gives you an idea of exactly how the pixels attach to the model. As noted in the picture, make certain to center your flower image (or whatever you're using). Otherwise your flower will be off center and might look very strange:
This is the Texture for the Stem Parts. You probably won't need to change this unless you want the stem to be a special color or have different shaped leaves. If you do change the leaf shape, follow the same advice as the Flower, and be careful with placement and the Opacity Layer:
This is the Opacity for the Stem Parts:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
