About me:
I'm a sophomore at UT Austin seeking a degree in Computer Science. I grew up in San Antonio, but I was born in Anaheim, California. I lived there for only 4 or so years, though, so you might as well call me a native Texan. I absolutely LOVE cats. Seriously, if you're a cat-hater, I will have trouble getting along with you. In fact, I probably won't. Oh, and being allergic to cats is no excuse. I know many friends who are allergic and have cats anyways. Don't worry, I like dogs, too, and I've had some awesome dogs of my own, but I just can't survive without a cat.
One other thing I cannot stand is smokers. If you're a smoker, don't even talk to me. I just find it to be an absolutely disgusting habit. It's one of my few iron-clad unbreakable rules I have when it comes to making new friends. My primary hobby is to play video games. Mostly console games, actually. I also like to read sci-fi novels in my spare time.

I'm rather non-religious. I'm what you call an apathetic agnostic, but if you ask me straight out if I believe in a god, I'll say he doesn't exist. I'm not in-your-face about it, though. I just don't like the idea of some all-powerful being creating everything from nothing. I also don't want to have to rely on people I don't know, or a book written by somebody thousands of years ago, to tell me what's right and what's wrong. I'd rather figure that out for myself. That's the purpose of life, after all.
Besides...whether or not god exists will not affect how I live out my life. If it were somehow proven he does exist, without a doubt, I'd be like "Oh, that's neat," and keep doing what I'm doing.
Don't try to let that get to you though. I respect other people's beliefs so long as they respect mine. If you were to get to know me and only figure out that I don't belive in God, say...a year after we first met, you would be positively shocked. All my friends were. They tell me I don't at all come across as atheist or whatever. I've always sworn that I'll never drink, even. Ever.

Anyways, one thing that's important to know about me is that I have horrible memory. I have a hard time remembering much of high school. Seriously. It's all a blur. I know they're in here somewhere... I often remember everything about a person except their name until I've known them for like a month and have hung out with them fairly often. So, if you ever meet me in the real world and find me being like "Hey, I know you it's...you...that...person..." don't be offended or anything. I really *do* remember you. Honestly.
Who I'd like to meet:
The random people I've met over the years through the internet...they're all over the place. Some are in Europe, Australia, even in Canada! Of course, there are a bunch scattered across the US, too. There are just too many to list. ^.^

I've absolutely love to meet Kitiy in person. I'll definitely do that one day. Update: I have finally met her in person! I went and took a Greyhound to spend a week with her...a short time, too short, but sorely needed by us both. I hope to spend the rest of my life with Kitiy. ^.^;
