Gentle fur covered toes of silken grace trace their footsteps across the glassy surface of the lake. A gentle breeze blows across her skirts; the waves lap playfully at her toes as she continues along her moon laiden path of moonlight reflected and morphed along the surface of the water. Her arms across her bosom gently hug her chest, her light blue eyes closed to the world around her as she seems to glide with the air. A claw retracts, casting a ripple before her as marine life of the night dance and play under her feet. Even though she stands in the center of the world, on the edge of tides and on the brink of the centuries she, a demi-diety of the old world, of darkness and of water, never sinks below the murky surface. More than twenty feet below, the lake bed stirs with life and death, of birth and of survival.
A soft ear stirs, the soft pelt across her brow coursing with the wind’s pull and her long soft white hair blows in seemingly endless locks tugged playfully by the night. A dress of silver and blue sewn from silken threads, fine and partially transparent, caress loosely over her lilth form. Her pelt, a light grey with assorted leopard spots, was more common then her darker sides. A slit came up to her hip on one side and even though the breeze was enough to reveal herself, she was never one to feel indecent around nature. Her clothes were her fur, were her skin and her soul. The cloth only symbolized her almost human form, yet she was far from it. For she was a were-cat, a child of the ancients and one with the age and experience to keep her feline appearance permanent.

I'm an 18 yr old freshman in college, living on my own and trying to ear a living in the world while paying for my college classes. I am a 2D artist, my favorite thing to draw being dragons and even winning awards on art competitions for my inking and scratchboards. For the record, yes my avatar is nude. No I am not a fan of cybering. I have tried it out a year ago and I'm not impressed with it. Nudity is not sexual, it can be a picture of femininity, and beauty.

Q. Are you a furry?
Am I someone who takes on the form of a feline to express a deeper fantasy revolving around animals? No. More then anything, I consider my avatar more of a fursona then a furry.
Q. What's a Fursona?
A fursona is an animal (either natural or your own creation) that you see yourself represented as, and what form you feel most comfortable in. For some people it can be a mouse, a snake, a wolf, a dragon, a cat, a horse, a rabbit, etc. Fursonas are also sometimes referred to the animal spirit within you.
