I can't seem to find you hairstyle on your avatar picture?
My hairstyles on my avatar pictures are usually photoshopped. They're not existing.
Where can I find the head you used for this Product Preview/Avatar Picture
I usually use the following heads: Default IMVU Head, Semi Proportional IMVU Head, Proportional IMVU Head, Sylvia Head by V4NY, Doll head and I also used Head 4 for a while before.
Can I request a product?
I'm sorry I cannot accept requests, ever. Because I feel like being pressured (lol!) That's the main reason why I cannot accept requests. Once I submitted a product I delete the templates immediately. I cannot also recolor an item. I keep them as exclusive as possible.
Some of the products I bought from you were removed from my inventory and were set to Restricted. Can I get a refund, or can you at least fix them?
I cannot give you the refund, because IMVU will give the refund to you. I cannot fix the product because they were submitted way earlier before the MCG, so the templates are already gone.

Do you reply to your messages immediately?
It depends, sometimes I go check my account just to see the sales- that happens when I am too busy with life or with the other game I am playing (HighStreet5). There are times that I get really lazy, I just read the messages and forget to reply. But sometimes when I am in the mood, I reply to them all. But I do sort out the more important messages worth answering immediately. Lately, I cannot keep up with all the messages. I just want to tell everyone who send me compliments, from the bottom of my heart, I may not be able to reply to them... I am really thankful for those.

Yes, my name is Oyen- it's my nicky since birth, Orange is also my nickname. My real name is Jeanne Loren.
