Hmm I suppose I should say a little about myself but where should I start. The beginning would be a good idea but that's just plain boring.
I'm a trainee navigational (deck) officer for the merchant navy here in the UK. For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about thats ships like oil tankers, dredgers, container ships passenger ferries and cruise ships to name just a few types out of a vast fleet. If all goes well I will be a fully fledged officer come December 2007. If things go pear shaped I'll pass July 2008-ish
