Can you do me a favor? I know this may sound dumb but, could you go check the name change log for EhmNald? Let me know if the log shows either November 25 or that the name was changed from XxTnyAlexisXT. Please, it may be the only way to get my account back from a person that stole it. I miss my poor Nilla, who is being held hostage by this person. The account has 497 badges on it, all collected by me. I remember collecting each and every one of them. I really like the site that you, and others got together and created but, I am having a problem with your site. I can't purchase special sales bundles with prepaid gift cards, I've tried so I had to ues a credit card. And can you forward this messge to Jeff Titterton, Jeffinsf who in over Sales and User Safety I have an overdraft fee of $35.00 dollars, I was charged 24.99 for credits I had to pay for and did not recieve, I was told by one of imvu's customer representatives that My credit card ending in 9136 was not charged and it was, both of my credit cards were charged and due to this I had to cancel both of my credit cards, and pay a overdraft fee. Next thing that I do is report this to the Better Business Bureau for fraud if you don't fix this problem. Donna H./ LuiMai.

i think its very childish how far this went,and the fact that an imvu staff member was in on disabling me i find ridiculous.i willing to do what it takes to make things right,if i did do something wrong,my complaint is an imvu staff member was in on this and i was given no warning bout my products,andre has somehow been the only one to answer me n my husbands tickets,i also find strange.pls help and tall me what can be done.Im not unreasonable ,a lil hot headed but i have taken alot from this girl for no reason,pls respond asap.ty mrzpleazer.

she i using n minpulaying (sry i cant spell) how imvu wrks n purpose,i thought we would have words n thats that,i have times before,before this with tiffupsetta n perals89 that her second acc,i had 7 warning of saying bad things to ppl,which went both ways,i know when im wrong,however tiff had viloated my privacy she had youtube video on both hp;s for days,,heres link. http://www.youtube.com/user/tiffupsetta there's hundreds of views it was posted n groups n all,for a week or more,i brought it to andres attention,nothing was done,i now see that she took it off her hp's but it was jsut done before he disabled me ,i dont wanna give imvu a bad name i love it,but i cant let her n him conspire to take my acc,and that trully whats happening,i have seen ppl with 60 warnings,i had none before andre did what he did today,i have proof d everything im talking bout,im tryna get this fixed so i dont have to go higher up....
