Well, it's called a DIV layout, and it's quite complicated but there are lot's of tuturials on the web and in the forums for it, and there is also free ones there too, but you have to look for them ;o, i heard |OMFG| Made some free ones, i'm not sure were her shop was tho ;s

this is a really good tuturial, but you need to be dedicated and it takes some time to get your DIV codes perfect,
