A plethora about me ;)
I am a happily married wife to man that I feel is the most open, loving, loyal and understanding, and mother to an exceptional 15 year old daughter, who is also very loving, compassionate, open minded and non-judgmental...they both are my rocks to stand on!!

Body: 5 ft 11, athletic, dark Complexioned.
Hair type: I have (what African Americans consider to be) natural hair. That is to say: I don’t use any harsh chemicals in my hair (only shampoo and conditioners). No straightening perms; and no dyes. I use to have a Mohawk (believe it or not), and I got major compliments off of it. I sure do miss it =)
I love drama and plays! I use to be apart of a production company called; Iron Barr Inc. I use to act, recite poems and I was also their dance choreographer. I had so much fun expressing my creative side and being free to do so :) I felt like a bird spreading my wings for the first time- every time I got on stage :) Oh and my daughter, Kimyko lol let me tell you... at the age of a year and a half to the age of 6 she was acting out skits, reciting poetry and all. She is so bright! Can you imagine a 15 month old in pull-ups on stage acting and reciting poems?! Too cute =) Now, I work out of my house assisting my husband in the Real-estate business; it’s not as fulfilling, but it definitely pays the bills. I’m also in school finishing up my prerequisite (medical billing and coding), after which, I will immediately jump into the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program. I'll be learning everything there is to know about the heart and upper extremities of the body. I’ll be able to diagnose and detect any ailments in the upper extremities. Sounds interesting? It IS! I’m so excited! Anatomy is something I've grown to love immensely! My ultimate goal is to open up my own Diagnostic medical facility- within the next five years. Wish me luck! :-)

I enjoy playing online first person shooter games along with my husband; those games are (to name a few), Half-Life (Death match) Counter-Strike Source; Call of Duty; Area51; Fear; Unreal etc... Major gamer over here!! I love watching Tv and spending quality time with family. I Love taking pictures and I LOOOOOVE Mixed Martial Arts! Some of the organizations I watch are; UFC(Ultimate Fighting Champion), Dream; IFL Elite, etc... Oh and I love Boxing too lol my life wouldn't be the same without it! I enjoy working out and I try to on a regular basis... have to age gracefully, yes? ;-) I love Poetry, Plays and most definitely zoning out while listening to my divers genres of music!
The name HalfLifeSistah..
I decided to call myself HalfLifeSistah because the very first game I ever played- I fell in love with it and it's called, HalfLife! It's a first person shooter game that is played on the computer. Well, me being a lover of HalfLife and being an African American woman lol I decided to put the two together (in a since)! (HalfLife) + (African American woman who happen to love the game) = HalfLifeSistah! Rain is my game tag, ie; the name I use when playing online... all of my friends call me Rain ^_^ So, there you have it- for those of you who ever wondered :-P
Why I started using IMVU
I originally began using IMVU in March of 2007, in hopes of meeting more gamers like myself, lol but I've obviously embraced the world of developing and I love every minute of it! Imvu takes up a lot of my time but not all of it lol I still make time for real life, my work, my gamer family/clan members [ESC] Electric sky cheddar wootwoot!! heeh ^_^ They're my family away from home :)
I consider myself to be a people person and my interaction with others is typically a positive one. I have a genuine love, respect and appreciation for people; however, there are certain type of people (that makes me sick to my stomach) I have absolutely NO patience for, and they are as follows:
People that aren't liberated; prejudice people; hypocrites; narrow minded and judgmental people; and people who exacerbate and perpetuate any stereotype which adversely affect others! *sigh* lol having said that- if you are opposite of the aforementioned, I'd love to connect with you!
