my friend KI sent me this: PLEASE FOWARD TO ALL IN YOUR LIST!!! Hello, these people at IMVUB.com need to be stopped! I want the word to go around that they are frauds. I am sending a message to everyone on my list and have them foward the message to all in their lists. They did try to bribe me and I did not take it. When I told them I was filing a claim against them, they said the only way they can give me my money back was for me to either take the file against them off, or to wait a whole month! I have worked for customer service before, and claim or not, you can give people their money back. The customer representative kept closing out the window like she did not want to talk to me. These people are frauds! They take money and hassle you when you want it back! They did not give me the credits nor the money and now the claim I have against them with PayPal will have to escalate to a report. I advise you not to do any business with IMVUB.com. TY.
