Hi, yesterday I made a transation of credits from imvu to first meta exchange web. I gave firstmeta my 50000 credits and I loose them because fmexchange do not acredit me the credits, do not give my credits back and i could not add my imvu avatar. I sent msgs, tickets, emails and wrote in your group and nothing happened!!! I WANT MY CREDITS BACK!!!

I sent emails to you're pathetic ass support page and didn't get shit in return. 20k may not be a lot to you're asses but to someone who need's that money to submit products with usually 20 more for my catalog it' a big deal. It's been well over 24 hours sense I made my purchase I got the message saying my credit's were delivered but I never received my funds. I want you to know that I will be filing a fradulent seller complaint towards FMX with Imvu sense youre lazy staff refuses to answer my helpt tickets and fix this problem. Thanks for stealing from me.

so now its going to be another 3 weeks for u LAZY ppl to reply to my message, wtf is wrong with use? your customer service sux ass. i will never in my life purchase another credit from your company and ide advise anyone who is going to do business with u ppl to think twice there are other more reputable credit dealers. FMX is just a sham and they will steal your money!!!!! because when it comes to there customers all they want is your money and your just a number!!!!

ive bin waiting 3 weeks now for u to unfreeze my account so i can get my credits i cancelled my paypal dispute like u asked and u still dont do anything about it, doesnt anyone work there????? is this how long time members of FMX are treated??????? if something isnt fixed soon i will be filing fraud charges against your company and contacting my lawyer im tired of waiting for something i already paid for and u have had ample time to remedy this situation...........

Hello, I purchased 10,000 credits from you guys on 9/1/2011 and still have yet to get any answer from you as far as my account being unfrozen. I followed the steps you told me and still got no response. I've posted on the support boards multiple times wondering why I can't get my credits after I did what was instructed. I'm getting sort of fed up because I've already been charged for these credits and still haven't gotten what I paid for.

I am at my wits end with your company. I have filed support tickets, emailed on the website and have gotten no response in over a week! i purchased 100,000 credits which has been taken off my credit card and cleared through paypal and you have gotten the money yet i have still NOT gotten my credits!!!! something needs to be done about this! i getting ready to file with paypal about this as well as complaint with better business agency and have contacted my lawyer about what other steps to take. this is just crazy have never had this problem with any other company! such as dev credits or imvuce which i will use and recommed to everyone from now on if this is not resolved right away! please do something about this, i see on boards i am not only one that is having problems with ya'll, are ya'll running a scam???

i haven't exchanged, deposited or withdrawn any credits since. My imvu credits were deducted when i hit the confirm button to deposit credits from here onto firstmeta..but, shows as 0 IC on my firstmeta.

Also i want 2 tell u that ive bought already tons of credits from FMX and it was honestly the cheapest and best service.. I have many premium accounts on imvu and spending millions of credits yearly.. Its nice that u focus on Asian Indian consumers so there is an easier way 4 them 2 get credits.. I would like 2 talk personally with some1 of ur company abt sponsorings in my group, so pls accept my buddy request.. Another thing is ive helped lots of ppl here on imvu and bought 4 many ppl their accounts so that they can start developing.. Its sad ive seen a cheater (theysayimcool) in ur buddies which is not good 4 ur companies reputation! ..i bought that boys account name a year ago bcos he was begging on 1 of my other avatar accounts, but he cheat me!!
