Stracony Once upon a dream in which I hope to never wake from my tears like sapphires you have made into precious moments.

I deeply apologize to all those who have left me messages of which I have yet to respond. Since I have returned from vacation I have been placed into Shift Leader training and pulling off responsibilities at work above my station as well as that for which I am about to be promoted. In other related good news, my daughter has been signed to a modeling agency. Which has kept us hoping in our free time as well. I am excited about the opportunities available to us both in the near future but wanted you all to know that I miss designing for and participating in the IMVU community terribly.
OMG... between your petticoat pride dress and wings and VisNova's 5 pose packages I could play all day and take pictures of myself.... too bad I have to go to karate now! I MUST invite you to come play in my room and you will get hooked on these furniture pose spots. You will want them I know that!
OMG, it has been awhile since I visited your catalog! I think I just added half of it to my wish list. LOL You have so much great stuff in there. Just wanted to tell you that. Hope you have a great night. ~Mindy
I am often asked about how to become a developer. The best advice I have for those wishing to do so is read, learn, do. Begin with the Developer tutorials offered by IMVU. From there try Keef's tutorials, then Kittenkat's and for a more advanced point of view finally Afina's at Soul Sister forums. It is also beneficial to look through the IMVU and Dragon Family forums
.
These should be more than enough to get you comfortable with the IMVU Previewer, Meshes and Opacity maps. As to the creativity unfortunately either you have the Artists eye and mind or you do not. I can not teach these things to you.
Out of my experiences I have learned it takes 3 or more pages of product for things to START getting noticed. I can not stress enough the importance of logos, banners and advertising. It takes time - to learn, patience - to create good works and credits (approximately $35 or more, including the purchase of your name) - to submit so if you can not devote these things then I do not think developing is right for you. I hope you find these steps helpful and wish you Good Luck in your creative endeavors!
