About Me

My name is Sarah, and I'm half South Korean. I'm also 18 and left-handed.
I still don't know how to drive!
Next year I'll be attending school at University of Rochester, on a pre-med track, probably majoring in biology and computer science.
I live in the middle of nowhere. Really.
I LOVE to complain!

Now that the basics are out of the way, let's learn a little more about me!
I value many of my online relationships more than the ones I have in "real life," though if you ask me, online friendships are just as real. A few people I've met (through IMVU or other places) have changed my life for the better, and I would be truly devastated if I lost those friendships. And that has happened before. People I knew would just vanish from the online community without a single goodbye.
I hate showing my emotions, which makes most people think I just don't have them. I mean, yeah, my hunger and anger shows through above all, but most people don't realize a lot of the time I'm disappointed in myself or lack confidence in what I'm doing. I'm used to failure, or second or third place, if you get what I mean. I've given up on ever trying to be the best in anything, because it never happens. Real confidence downer.
I'm pretty much doing everything on my own, aside from financially, to get through college. I'm really lucky my parents are paying for it, but I did all the applying on my own, the financial aid on my own, and pretty much I'm doing this because I want to, not because I'm trying to impress anyone else.
I'm lazy and unmotivated at most times, but I will and do rise to the occasion when needed. I hope I'm not screwing myself over when I'm almost 1,000 miles away from home, in school.
