Let me tell you all a little story that happened a while ago. Well since I am 13 I go to Middle School and I am taking Geography in Social Studies. Anyways, at this time we are researching South America. Everyone chose a important city or land form they wanted to do a project on. As I am, I chose Buenos Aires, Argentina. So I was looking at images on google and I see this picture.



I was not sure if this was a joke or a real sign. So of course I showed it to my friend, we could not find out what it was, but at least we had a good laugh.

I am into pop culture as you may or may not know about me. The one show I am always excited for is American Idol. This year, my favorite contestant since the beginning of this season is David Archuleta. He has been having perfect preformances so far, but I really liked his auditioning song "Waiting On The World To Change" by John Mayer.



It was much better sung by David Archuleta than my last season's favorite contestant, Sanjaya Malakar.



I hope David does not end up the same as Sanjaya :D



For Sanjaya, Renaldo Lapuz is like looking into the future lol.

Although, I enjoyed David Archuleta's performance of "Shop Around"



This week on American Idol, David Archuleta sang "We Can Work It Out". David went from the top to the bottom with this horrible arrangement. He forgot the lyrics and was not on key throughout the song. Apparently, before the song, David Archuleta's father "yelled at David...and even brought him to tears". His father "wasn't happy with his son's singing" -Entertainment Tonight. Even though I believe that this happened, I still do not think that the contestants' arrangments should change from what happened in the past. This event makes me change my favorite contestant to David Cook, because he is always up there singing with a great song and he "possibly could win this entire show" -Simon Cowell.

This week on American Idol, Michael Johns stunned its viewers by getting eliminated. Not only has Michael not been in the bottom three before, but also it was the week of "Idol Gives Back". Michael Johns got eliminated with his arrangement of "Dream On" by Aerosmith.



Even though I did not like the audition so much, I thought there was a mistake. I waited for 6 minutes until the show ended, for Ryan to say something. I also predicted Michael Johns would go home comparing the comments from Simon Cowell. I also predicted that David Cook will be the winner if this show stays just a talent competition and not a popularity competition. My next week prediction for elimination is Jason Castro and you all have to pay me 1000 dollars if I am correct (not really).

In recent news, I think, Slapp-Me-Do company has released Impossible Quiz 2. This new game, I think, features more than 100 new questions. This may be an offshoot name because of the point that the game is not impossible, but another idea is that Slapp-Me-Do company is trying to prove nothing is impossible. Last Tuesday on American Idol, the contestants sang arrangements from songs that were composed by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber (I have to call him sir because he was knighted by the queen I think). Syesha Mercado and Carly Smithson both had extremely great auditions. Strangely, the following day they both ended up to be in the bottom two. After many minutes of confusion, Carly went home. This elimination proves that popularity has defeated talent.

I am being incredibly serious right now, if Jason Castro does not go home next Wednesday I will never have a post again except for one that says that he did not go home.

Last Wednesday, Brooke White left American Idol and not Jason Castro so that means I will never have a post on this blog again, but I will continue to cross the American Idols that go home out of the list. I am just really mad and I will probably continue to post even though I said I was not a few months after the American Idol finale. I think that David Cook is going to be the winner. He is going to be the winner. Mizu101 out!
