Hi, I'm Miyani. No, it's not My real name, but it is what I go by in real life, most of the time. It's Japanese, although I'm not. It translates roughly to "the second elegance," and is something of a play on words. If you're curious, just ask.

As you can tell, I'm from DC. I've recently graduated from college, and am working as a writer/editor/general admin bitch for a pseudo-government agency. It's essentially My dream job.

Up to this point, I've worked in a pet store, I've worked as a vet tech, I've worked in a stable, and I've worked as a video store clerk. The middle two took up about 8 years of My life, and were fairly stressful, hence the last one. I needed a break. As you can tell, though, I love animals. At a loss for what to say? Ask Me about My cat. You can get a good 15 minutes out of that one.

Here's a couple of things it's important for you to know. Yes, I'm kinky, some of My interests make that clear. I've been a Domme for five years now, the vast majority of that time in RL. I have recently begun to explore the possibilities offered by online D/s, but I absolutely do not cyber under any circumstances. Lewd comments are more likely to get you an abuse report than a new friend. I am extremely picky about submissives that I take on. I expect them to be willing to make an effort in getting to know Me, and I expect them to want "this Mistress," not just "a Mistress." What am I looking for, you ask? I'm looking for people with whom i can talk about the theoretical side of D/s. I'm looking for people who can talk about animals for hours. I'm looking for Jrock fans, and fans of Japanese culture.
