03. after you invite me to a room,
I will send you links to layouts /
themes so you can pick.

04. when you picked one i will
edit it and send you screenshots of
the progress that is going.

05. after i finish i will verify that
everything is in place and show
you by sending a screenshot to you
of how the homepage will look,
