I go by many names, but you may call me “Luana”. I’m a classically defined realist with a flair for the figurative and the occasional streak of pessimism. When communicating, I favour a direct approach: either speak clearly, or stay silent. I respect people who respect me, and I hold those who are true to their beliefs and values in high regard. I consider myself to generally be an old-fashioned person, but I can shift to fit to most situations. I love to joke around with my close friends, and my jokes usually take the form of sarcastic remarks, witty comebacks or puns; and in most cases, a combination of all three. I'm open to meeting new people, and I try not to be judgmental of others. I'm also stubborn, which can either work out to be very beneficial or frustrating. Normally, I’m superbly organized person (a characteristic that has been known to, unfortunately, backfire in the extreme). I enjoy giving advice to those who need it, though I rarely accept any. I loathe cooking--the microwave oven holds a special place in my heart. I'm quick to find my way around troublesome situations, and I love to win. I like to listen and I’m told I hold secrets very well; many people come to me to let out their sorrows or joys, or even just to sit together in comfortable silence. I do throw in my two cents every once in a while if the situation permits. Consequently, I try to practice what I preach. I don't fish for compliments which I think makes voluntary ones feel more genuine. Pity is absolutely not welcome in my life, along with foul vocabulary. I truly appreciate those who support me physically, because I'm the world's biggest klutz. I have a fairly good memory, which can be a curse for some or a blessing for others. I also know when I’m boring a reader so last but not least, I love endings that get cut o--
