1. Please provide a theme/detailed description of what you want & the necessary images (esp. for developer banners & logos).
2. If you do not provide an image, I will substitute it with my own and will keep it relevant to your request.
3. Payment must be made in credits not predits/promo credits before I proceed with your request.
4. If you are unable to make FULL payment first, you may leave an 85% deposit and pay the rest once the request is ready.
5. I have the right to reject your request(s) if they are not in accordance to my terms.
6. I have the right to change the terms & conditions, the charges and the services as deemed fit without prior notice.
7. No refunds will be made. Exchanges are available 1 week after receiving your request. Only ONE exchange will be done.

1. Please post your requests specifically esp. the ITEM NAME that you would like to requests.
Examples: Trixie Hair, Latte Skin, Female Skin Tight Top, Bikini.
2. Wait for my reply and proceed according to my message(: Thanks!
3. If your requests includes a custom design of your own, the item, when submitted, will be named after YOU unless your avatarname is too long. The item's product page will also contain a link to your homepage.
NOTE: You have to send me your CUSTOM DESIGN (made from your image editor) via email. Only when I have verified that the design is unique (hence, custom) then I will accept your request and name it after you.
Please bear in mind that ALL REQUESTS must be in accordance to the IMVU TOS and Copyright(DMCA).

5. Special & Limited Edition Products SE = Special Edition = Price will rise as time goes by. LE = Limited Edition = discontinuation of product after 200 sales.
All SE and/or LE products usually cost more than the rest of its series. This is due to the uniqueness/rarity value where only a limited number of IMVU users will be able to own them. This is mainly because of their short/limited time frame in the catalog as well as the changes in pricing.
6. Refunds Policy
In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product, please make sure that you :
i) have read the description put up on the product page.
ii) have seen the preview picture.
iii) do not give unreasonable excuses such as,"I clicked the Buy It Now by accident".
The following reasons will entitle you an immediate re-imbursement:
I) You are not satisfied with any changes made to the product by me AFTER your purchase.
II) I have placed the wrong preview picture, resulting in a wrong purchase.
III) I had changed the price while you were purchasing the product.
IV) I have falsely advertised the product.
V) The product does NOT work and cannot be fixed within a span of 1 month.
Purchases Made With Promo Credits:
I will NOT make any refunds or exchanges (or any kind of reimbursment) for products purchased with PROMO CREDITS. The new IMVU Developer's System has indicated that I don't get the predits from any sale, instead I get DTs(Dev Tokens) which don't even make up 100cr. Hence, if you are dissatisfied with the product, please turn your attention towards the dev. token system and not me.
Purchases Made With Purchased Credits:
Reimbursments are applicable for product sales involving bought credits. Please provide the date the object was bought, the full name of the object, which category the item falls under, IE. Tops, Bottoms, Hair, etc. Please also provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
