My other special someone is my Father, He passed on in Jan of 2007 after a year long battle with liver cancer. and i miss him with all my heart. there is not one day i dont think about him. he is and always will be my superhero, my man of steel. no one will ever take his place. here is a poem i wrote for him :

Until the Angels Come.

With a golden heart ,
And a bright smile,
Strong hands,
And gentle eyes.
He was always there for us,
There to keep us standing ,
And there to be our rock.
Life would never be the same,
Because he cant be here,
The wind whispers his name,
Our hearts cry for his voice,
And our ears strain to hear his foot steps,
Our eyes search for his face.
No one will ever take his place,
