You have to click the Icon on your desktop to sign into IMVU messenger. From there you can open the room of your choice (those in your inventory) and take pictures until your hearts content. I took some just last night and had no problem. There are times (rare) when it won't upload a picture for some reason or another but NOT often. If you did not get a ICON on your desktop to click when you installed then I would say, YES uninstall and reinstall the program.
Glad you liked the shoes.. *smile* Sorry your having such problems. If you downloaded IMVU, after you installed you should have an ICON on your desktop which you click and it signs you on at IMVU. That is the messenger. It should be there actually and if not, I have no clue why not. It shows up as a chat bubble with IMVU at the bottom. That will open messenger, and usually the room they gave you when you signed up. Usually the messenger is running or you would not be in a room to take pictures.
I can help you out with that. You wont get naked or anything.. you can change clothes and such right in the room.. it just happens as you click products to be applied. I will be the answer guy for you. lol If you like. Oh, add me please.. in the Messenger under Buddy Requests. thanks
