There, you can use the SEARCH field to find numerous help pages on such topics as: using 3D chat, customizing homepages, catalog commerce, getting credits, troubleshooting problems, online security and IMVU policy, to name a few...
2) Use the IMVU FORUMS -- I recommend starting with the HELP Forum or posting your question(s) in the general IMVU Forum.
