Hello.This is a polite and well-meaning message sent in friendship. People sending spam to homepages offering IMVU credits for sale are fake.They are not a 'friend of you'. You will receive nothing for your money and they may steal your card details. Fake sellers target new users but no-one is immune from their attention.... Please note some now leave little adverts in the 'My Visitors' panel. Do not be another vicitim! We can beat these people. 'Spam the spammers' is the motto of my organisation GAGS 'Group Action Gags Spammers'. We report their fake homepages until they are closed down, monitor their activities and post warnings. We also have a public room to discuss new ways of dealing with the threat. Direct action works! GAGS also advises against sending pointless chain messages - those credits don't ever arrive either...
