Hey there, thanks for purchasing the tub.. I´m sorry to hear you have problems with it. Sometimes imvu can be really buggy, I´d suggest you restart your imvu, maybe clear your imvu cashe in the settings menu, try the tub in another room. If it doesn´t work contact imvu, it´s not something I can help you with. Hope it works out, and have a great day! Jasmine
