You have to have credits. You can either purchase them or earn them by doing other things. You could find out by looking at the options that are under the credits tab. Afterward, you click on the shopping tab and choose browse the catalog. In that area you can purchase outfits, hairstyles, rooms, furniture, and much more. If you have any other just ask me, and I will respond as soon as I can.
