Hey MIsha when you become a numero you choose a number that has two digits meaning from 10 to 99. And besides that you put what I said about the fraccion.
Leon can now aply for Numero, when you do and if you still want to be Runino's fraccion then besides the rank place a coma (,) and write "Fraccion of Espada 4 Runino Yamaza". YOu will then officialy be his fraccion. God bless!

Oh and by the way! If you want to make your character before everyone else like Michael I'm guessing. You could close the character making thread and then use word making your character in word and then re-open the thread and post your character in there.
In Iri Galaxy, if you want to make sure nobody posts you can close all threads and disable the holla board until your ready. You can re-open threads too when you are ready and enable the holla board when you go to manage group and you will find close thread on the bottom of the thread box or where the options box is inside the thread. Just some helpful hints =)
