According to new policies, refunds are only possible and given directly by IMVU when a product is re-rated for being in the incorrect category (GA to AP for example). This is due to the fact that the sale amount is split among a number of developers and taxed by IMVU, so the balance is not actually within my power to refund as I don't get the complete amount you paid for your product. If you made a purchase with promotional credits, it cannot be refunded as they are not transferable meaning they disappear and are not received by the seller. When customers pay with promotional credits, regardless the amount they paid, the content creator just gets a developer token, that worth only 10 credits and can be used for paying submission fees or shoutouts ;)
Most of content creators don't give refunds specially when it's a problem related with imvu not delivering a product immediately as it has nothing to do with the creators. Imvu's delivery is automated. Refunds won't be possible either for not paying attention to the product's description and buying for incorrect gender, etc. ;)

For avoiding any sort of dissapointment, I suggest you to use the try it button that now is available for furniture and rooms too.

Be aware that if you buy the rooms from any promotional bundle i participated in, and you don't buy the whole set from imvu's promo bundle page, the room won't come pre furnished as us creators cant offer regular bundles with all the stuff in.You will need to learn how to place furniture, which is dead easy

Regarding all my food items, they can be set on any table at any height by learning how to place furniture.

When many items with poses are added to the same room, specially if derived from the same mesher, there can be a glitch, that changes the pose position. If that occurs, reload the room, or if it doesn't work, delete the pose and reset it or clear imvu's cache in the help tab-tools from imvu client. All your current attire will disappear but you can dress your avatar again.

If you bought an item, but it doesn't appear in your inventory, sometimes IMVU servers delay updates in users inventories, but if more than 12 hours passed and you still don't get your product, there could be an error, if that is the case and you paid for your item, I suggest you file a help ticket at the following link:

If the item appears in your balance charged twice, this link will be helpful as well, there you will find everything related to billing and not received items. Us as developers sadly can't do anything once we upload our products and cannot control who receives them and who doesn't, same as we cannot control double charges produced by a glitch on IMVU's system

Some custom avatars don't perform all the poses or animations in certain products, if an item doesn't work, please try to change to the default avatar and try again. You can clear IMVU's client cache with the program created by Hellstrong called Cache cleaner. For more info look for the cache cleaner thread in the forums

I suggest strongly you read well the product's description as many meshes have glitches from origin and us as texture artists who make our own version, are not responsible about, reading carefully will save you disappointments about items in general.
I'm extremely careful to test my items before they are launched and always try to offer the best quality I can. In the remote and exceptional case you had any trouble with any of my items, please message me, I will gladly clarify to you what is going on, because maybe it has nothing to do with the item itself and can be about a new client version, the speed of your computer, a too crowded server, etc.
Again and just for making it crystal clear, all my items are tested carefully before being published, and instead of giving negative and unfair feedback, read well the product description, use the try it button or if you got it already, ask why your item is not working. It could be a glitch from imvu's messenger when the product is not loading, incompatibility with the avatar you are using (that is a glitch from avatars themselves not from furniture), problems with your internet connection or something totally unrelated to the product itself

All my derivable products nodes were revised and fixed, if there is any with sitting node where there are not meant to be, please, leave a pm, any suggestions for improving are much appreciated :)
Even Imvu allows to set products to derivable, some of us developers state clearly in our product descriptions not to do so, as we consider we took time for creating things and it is fair for customers to get low priced items and don't inflate the kbs added from texture over texture in a derivation chain. It's much appreciated that derivers make their items underivable as it show they are decent and ethical ;)

I only make requests if the theme interests me and is according to my line of products. For custom made and exclusive items the prices go from 5 to 100 times the average price in catalog according to the items complexity. For custom meshes, the prices have variations.
Any request needs to be paid beforehand, as I had not great experiences with informal people, so I know you understand ;)
This last part does not apply anymore... as people has no respect at all for others time, I DONT ACCEPT REQUESTS, so please DONT INSIST

Regarding those items that are tagged as VIP EXCLUSIVE, or created for the Christmas Giveaway whose price is marked as 100,000 credits each in my catalog, sorry, I can't lower the prices. The reason? I was commissioned by imvu to create those items for VIP members and as special gifts so they asked me to price them high to keep them exclusive. The prices are locked so I can't change them. I also compromised with imvu not to re submit any of them so there is no way they are re published in my catalog in any other form, nor launched as derivables. I also committed not to giveaway the items myself for avoiding unfair situations with those who participate actively in the promotions (VIP, Christmas giveaway, etc.). Also please note that no refunds will be given for not reading the product pages and making "mistaken" purchases of highly priced products as there states exactly the purpose of each one. If you tend to buy by impulse, imvu allows to set a confirmation page in case you dont agree with the final charges. Thanks for understanding


If you send an invite for chatting and I don't answer, it's because I mostly use the client for submitting products.
I like to meet new people at imvu, but I know you will understand if I remove people from my lists if I don't hear a word from them in a while as it's difficult to keep track. Also I don't add people unless we message on a regular basis ;)
