Due to recent changes, adjustments and specifications at IMVU's terms of service and peer review, some products have been changed/ could be changed from General Audience to Access Pass, or from Access Pass to Unsuitable for IMVU category (and of course disabled). This will happen until the system is totally settled, and until adjustments to peer review are totally enabled.
If you see a product derived from a disabled item, please evaluate before you buy, it is probable you cant keep it for long. Once the main product is disabled, I am totally unable to edit or remove it from the catalog, unless IMVU does ;)
According to new policies, refunds are only possible when a product is re-rated for being in the incorrect category (GA to AP for example). This is due to the fact that the sale amount is split among a number of developers and taxed by IMVU, so the balance is not actually within my power to refund as I don't get the complete amount you paid for your product. If you made a purchase with promotional credits, it cannot be refunded as they are not transferable meaning they disappear and are not received by the seller.
When customers pay with promotional credits, regardless the ammount they paid, the content creator just gets a developer token, that worths only 10 credits and can be used for paying submission fees or shoutouts ;)
Keep in mind I won't refund for not paying attention to the product's description ;)
Regarding all my food items, they can be set on any table at any height by learning how to place furniture.

When many items with poses are added to the same room, specially if derived from the same mesher, there can be a glitch, that changes the pose position. If that occurs, reload the room, or if it doesn't work, delete the pose and reset it or clear imvu's cache in the help tab-tools from imvu client. All your current attire will disappear but you can dress your avatar again.
If you bought an item, but it doesn't appear in your inventory, sometimes IMVU servers delay updates in users inventories, but if more than 12 hours passed and you still don't get your product, there could be an error, if that is the case and you paid for your item, I suggest you file a help ticket at the following link:
If the item appears in your balance charged twice, this link will be helpful as well, there you will find everything related to billing and not received items. Us as developers sadly can“t do anything once we upload our products and cannot control who receives them and who doesn't, same as we cannot control double charges produced by a glitch on IMVU's system
Some custom avatars don't perform all the poses or animations in certain products, if an item doesn't work, please try to change to the default avatar and try again. You can clear IMVU's client cache in the tools menu too
I suggest strongly you read well the product's description as many meshes have glitches from origin and us as texturers who make our own version, are not responsible about, reading carefully will save you disappointments about items in general.
In the remote case you had any trouble with any of my items, please message me, I will gladly clarify to you what is going on, because maybe it has nothing to do with the item itself. All my items are tested carefully before being published, and instead of giving negative and unfair feedback, read well the product description or ask why your item is not working. It could be a glitch from imvu's messenger when the product is not loading, incompatibility with the avatar you are using (that is a glitch from avatars themselves not from furniture), problems with your internet connection or something totally unrelated to the product itself
All my derivable products nodes were revised and fixed, if there is any with sitting node where there are not meant to be, please, leave a pm, any suggestions for improving are much appreciated :)
Even Imvu allows to set products to derivable, some of us developers state clearly in our product descriptions not to do so, as we consider we took time for creating things and it is fair for customers to get low priced items and don't inflate the kbs added from texture over texture in a derivation chain. If for any reason you need to set an item to derivable, it is nice you send a message explaining the reason, and naturally we can speak about it ;)
I only make requests if the theme interests me and is according to my line of products. For custom made and exclusive items the prices go from 5 to 30 times the average price in catalog according to the items complexity. For custom meshes, the prices have variations. If you are interested leave a message for a quote and waiting list times.
Any request needs to be paid beforehand, as I had not great experiences with informal people, so I know you understand ;)
