Welcome to my site. I have chatted with many, and gleaned wisdom. I tried to condense what I've learned on my "blog", below, to which you're welcome. To all those who shared of themselves with me, I am truly grateful; you have taught me much-- of submission, dominance, wisdom, love, fantasy... and life.

Life is not to be lived before a computer screen; the real world awaits! Fantasy is attractive, but shallow, ephemeral, and ultimately meaningless. Are you seeking something on-line, missing from your real life? That which you wish, you can have (excepting, perhaps, to be winged or a cat)-- IF you are prepared to realize it.

Consider "hysterical strength". The mother who, in a fit of mindless focus, lifts the fallen car off the child, does not stop to consider if she "can" lift the car; she simply acts. Logically, if she can lift the car in this state, she could always have lifted the car... only her mind had previously limited her ability. In the same manner, you are capable of great things...if you will only accept it. You are an actor on the stage of history: make your contribution count!

Death is part of Life; fear it not, but welcome death in its time. For if, when it comes, you are not satisfied with your life, then it will be too late. NOW is the time to make your life the way you wish it to be! Make your life cozy, or outrageous, or exemplary-- it matters not, if you waste it not! Live your life such that when the end comes, you can laugh and say, "Take me, Death; I've cheated you by living a life so full that even its cessation cannot take it away!"

"Yet here, Laertes! Aboard, aboard for shame!
The wind sits in the shoulder of your sail,
And you are stay'd for.
There ... my blessing with thee!
And these few precepts in thy memory
Look thou character. Give thy thoughts no tongue,
Nor any unproportion'd thought his act.
Be thou familiar, but by no means vulgar.
Those friends thou hast, and their adoption tried,
Grapplethem to thy soul with hoops of steel;
But do not dull thy palm with entertainment
Of each new-hatch'd, unfledg’d comrade. Beware
Of entrance to a quarrel but, being in,
Bear't that th' opposed may beware of thee.
Give every man thy ear, but few thy voice;
Take each man's censure, but reserve thy judgement.
Costly thy habit as thy purse can buy,
But not express'd in fancy; rich, not gaudy;
For the apparel oft proclaims the man;
And they in France of the best rank and station
Are of a most select and generous chief in that.
Neither a borrower, nor a lender be;
For loan oft loses both itself and friend,
And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry.
This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
Farewell; my blessing season this in thee!"

(Polonius saying goodbye to his son, Laertes.) -- William Shakespeare

Poem of the Week ... the clarity of the Zen Master, and the subtlety of the Serpent of Eden...

IF the red slayer think he slays,
Or if the slain think he is slain,
They know not well the subtle ways
I keep, and pass, and turn again.

Far or forgot to me is near;
Shadow and sunlight are the same;
The vanished gods to me appear;
And one to me are shame and fame.

They recon ill who leave me out;
When me they fly, I am the wings;
I am the doubter and the doubt,
I am the hymn the Brahmin sings.

The strong gods pine for my abode,
And pine in vain the sacred Seven;
But thou, meek lover of the good!
Find me, and turn thy back on heaven.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, Brahma

On a different note...irritated with God; longing for rest, even if through death.

Hateful is the dark-blue sky,
Vaulted o'er the dark-blue sea.
Death is the end of life; ah, why
Should life all labor be?
Let us alone. Time driveth onward fast,
And in a little while our lips are dumb.
Let us alone. What is it that will last?
And things are taken from us, and become
Portions and parcels of the dreadful past.
Let us alone. What pleasure can we have
To war with evil? Is there any peace
In ever climbing up the climbing wave?
All things have rest, and ripen toward the grave
In silence ripen, fall, and cease:
Give us long rest or death, dark death, or dreamful ease.

Alfred Lord Tennyson, from "The Lotus-Eaters"

Special Someone
Gaach has no special someone.
About The Real Me (or, Everything You Always Wanted to Know But Were Afraid to Ask)

I'm a straight Dominant man, originally from California. "Cogito, ergo sum" (as Descartes said it in 1637, "Je pense, donc je suis"). This has less to do with proving our existance as sentient beings than with our ability to form ourselves; we are whom we choose to be. We are the choices we make.

I love learning about the mind, and practicing how to control it. I also love poetry, music, martial arts, food, sex and religion. Physically, I'm of medium height and sturdy build. When I was around 18, I noticed that people were starting to call me 'Sir'. At first I didn't think much about it...but then I slowly realized that there's a reason for it: a certain "look", a "presence", which I'm told I have. I'm very comfortable being in charge, in control, and making the decisions; it's what I do. But I try not to be asinine about it!

Unfortunately, I also have a very serious character flaw... a dangerous, deadly quick temper. It's more than anger; it's sudden fury-- under certain conditions, I 'snap', or feel a deep rumble of pent-up lava wanting to erupt: the "hunger". Thus, I keep myself under very tight control, and am obsessed with self-mastery. ("Self-mastery is required before one can Master others.") I exhaust myself with study and work and exercise. I polish my manners and present myself as erudite, kind, well-mannered and urbane. Nonetheless, my sensitive Ladyhawke felt my "anger and sudden hardness", which she termed my "frightening Zone of Shadow".

If you wish, email me at: suntzu1000@hotmail.com.

Thank you for sharing yourself with me, for letting me touch your mind; in this, you will be with me always. Live long and prosper, be well...and happy!
My Interests

For a bittersweet moment, really crank up the volume and listen to Il bianco e dolce cigno. I got tired of the fact that iTunes is too cheap to give you more than 30 seconds, so here's the whole thing on YouTube:

Il bianco e dolce cigno
cantando more, ed io
piangendo giung' al fin del viver mio.
Stran' e diversa sorte,
ch'ei more sconsolato
ed io moro beato.
Morte che nel morire
m'empie di gioia tutto e di desire.
Se nel morir, altro dolor non sento,
di mille mort' il di sarei contento.

The white and sweet swan dies singing,
and I, weeping, reach the end of my life.
Strange and different fate,
that he dies disconsolate
and I die a blessed death which in dying
fills me full of joy and desire.
If in dying, were I to feel no other pain,
I'd contentedly die a thousand deaths a day.

Tu pure, o Principessa,
nella tua fredda stanza
guardi le stelle che tremano
d'amore e di speranza!
Ma il mio mistero è chiuso in me,
il nome mio nessun saprà!
No, no, sulla tua bocca lo dirò,
quando la luce splenderà!
Ed il mio bacio scioglierà
il silenzio che ti fa mia!
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shatter'd visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamp'd on these lifeless things,
The hand that mock'd them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Percy Bysshe Shelley, "Ozymandias"

Your Score: TYPE P

You scored 100 imagination, 66 confidence, 62 dominance, and 50 generosity!

You are a KINKY, CONFIDENT, DOMINANT lover who prefers to give. This means that: You like relatively kinky sex, and you have the great imagination that will always keep your partner guessing and excited! There's no getting bored with you around, you could never settle for dull sex, you want something fun and new all the time. You aren't afraid to try out anything you hear about. You might just be an intelligent lover who needs to be mentally engaged, or perhaps you have some dirty dark secret kinky desires, but either way, you're never boring. You are pretty confident in bed. This means that you know you can please your lover. Maybe you've read a lot of sex manuals, or have the experience from previous lovers, or just tend to be skilled at whatever you get your hands on, but you're good and you know it. You can really get results and know that you have pure talent, so you won't be hiding away shy, pretending to be all innocent. Your partners love your naughty self assurance, you don't hesitate and this makes you a sensational lover. You tend to be dominant in bed, so you prefer to be the one giving the orders than taking them. Maybe you like the power, or just like controlling the pace, perhaps your partner likes to be dominanted, or maybe you get a kick out of the whole master/slave relationship, it could be something as small as liking to be on top during sex and tie up your lover to tease them, or it could be as kinky as them having to ask your permission to do anything at all. Either way, you are firm and you enjoy it! You prefer to give than recieve. This makes you a very unselfish lover, devoted to the needs of your partner rather than your own. You get your pleasure from seeing them get theirs, you are a model sex partner. I'm sure plenty of people would love to have someone like you in bed with them! Remember though that if your partner gets pleasure from returning the favour it's okay to let them, they might love giving as much as you do! WE SUGGEST YOU: get into some slightly more hardcore fantasy territory. Go for bondage in a not so light and fluffy way and discover just what you really like. Want to play master/slave games? Want to be tied up or tie someone up, in just enough discomfort that they don't quite relax? Want to try a threesome? Maybe you'd even like to try out sado-masochism. It's your call. Whatever you do, unleash that kinky thing you've always really wanted to try and give it a go, you're a great lover, and you know it, up for anything, generous, imaginative, confident, and happy to go for what you want, so enjoy.

Mine be some figured flame which blends, transcends them all!
Not for such hopes and fears
Annulling youth's brief years,
Do I remonstrate: folly wide the mark!
Rather I prize the doubt
Low kinds exist without,
Finished and finite clods, untroubled by a spark.
Poor vaunt of life indeed,
Were man but formed to feed
On joy, to solely seek and find and feast;
Such feasting ended, then
As sure an end to men.

This from Jonathan Sacks, the Chief Rabbi of England...

O God of Peace,
Who commands us to seek peace,
Send peace to the people of Darfur.
O God of compassion,
Who hears the cry of the afflicted,
Hear the cry of the victims,
The bereaved, the injured,
And all those who live their days in fear.
Rouse the hearts of the leaders of the world
To put an end to the bloodshed, the violence,
The rape, the starvation, and the terror,
That has ravaged and endangered an entire population.
Be with those who are working for peace,
Or tending the sick,
Or bringing food to the hungry,
Or shelter to the homeless,
Or hope to those are close to despair.
O God of justice and love,
Let us not be indifferent
To the cry of the persecuted
And the tears of those who have seen
Their homes, their families and their communities destroyed.
And may their plea and their plight
Reach the ears and hearts of those who have it in their power
To bring peace to a troubled region
And aid to a devastated people.
Oseh shalom bimromav:
May You who makes peace in Your high places
Help us make peace down here on earth. Amen.

A very different tone from In Flanders Fields, this poem (which adorns his grave marker in England) is from another Canadian during WWII, entitled High Flight:

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds, -- and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of, wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there,
I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless falls of air...
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue
I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, nor eer eagle flew--
And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
The high, untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand... and touched the face of God.

John Gillespie Magee, killed age 19, 1941

My Rankings

Freude trinken alle Wesen
An den Brüsten der Natur;
Alle Guten, alle Bösen
Folgen ihrer Rosenspur.

Küsse gab sie uns und Reben,
Einen Freund, geprüft im Tod;
Wollust ward dem Wurm gegeben,
Und der Cherub steht vor Gott

Joy is drunk by every being
From kind nature's flowing breasts,
Every evil, every good thing
For her rosy footprint quests.

Gave she us both wines and kisses,
In the face of death, a friend,
To the worm were given blisses
And the Cherubs God attend.
