1. Why do I require payment upon acceptance?
A: To make sure that my services are paid. I can always give a refund when services are not rendered.
Also, too many artists are taken for a ride for being too trustful, speaking from experience.
2. When do I expect to get my request done?
A: Depending on the complexity of your request, it may take from 2 weeks up to 4 weeks.
As I said, I do work IRL and I mostly paint at night on my days off.
3. Can I get a refund if I decided not to go through my request?
A: Absolutely NOT.
4. What if I didn't like the finish picture?
A: 50% of your payment will be refunded to you with a full permission to sell
your picture as a premade. NO refund on Homepage Make-over.
5. I cannot send payment due to credit limit transfer.
A: You have 3 options.
(a) You can always buy my Support Stickers available in my catty.
(b) You can buy credits with direct transfer to my account through FIRST meta EXCHANGE
