I'm about to release my male and female version of the NiGHTS (Chibi) head. You'd better check it out! They fit to the eyes and skin, so you don't have to create your own texture- it was really fun to make.
Oh, and a suggestion for a mesh to derive from for a more accurate NiGHTS outfit. I might do it before you, but I'd like to see what you'd do.

That would be nice, if NiGHTS into Dreams was calibrated to a more modern system...then it might fit the birthday budget, lol!
