Hey whats up...umm i know ur not takin requests or what ever but this message is b/c of one of the songs i bought from u, i bought the song "Hands Down" by "Dashboard Confessional" and once i bought it i went into a convo and typed the trigger word "hands" and waited...and waited and nothing, and i tried it on a few other occasions and nothing happened. a quick response in this matter would be very much appreciated, either a tip on how to fix said problem, or re-embursement. either way thank you for your time, i'm sure i'll talk to you soon. -Jon "Monsterman717" W.
